Founder Profile
Founded by Shawn Heipp, Emerge Molding Solutions is built on decades of hands-on experience across product development, innovation, engineering, and plastics manufacturing.
Shawn has spent his career guiding products from early concept through production working with brands, OEMs, and manufacturing partners to solve complex challenges and bring ideas to market successfully.
He has worked for and with strong brands/companies including Little Tikes, Step2, Elmer's Products, X-Acto, Oatey, Gojo (Purell), Leaf Home and many others.
Emerge reflects that experience: calm, practical, and grounded in reality.
